- How should I store plated jewellery?
- In the pouch it arrives in, dry and away from other pieces. Plating wears from friction and chemistry: perfume, sweat and rubbing against harder metals are its three enemies. Spray perfume first, wear jewellery last.
- What if the piece doesn't suit me when it arrives?
- Unworn pieces in original packaging can be raised for replacement within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene, earrings and nose pins are eligible only if the seal is intact. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.
- When will my order dispatch?
- Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across India. You'll receive tracking as soon as the courier picks it up.
- Is the gift packaging included?
- Yes. Every piece ships in a rigid gift box with a cotton pouch and a care cloth — no extra charge, no plain-brown-box tier. Gift sets arrive in a single presentation box with a blank note card.
