Shipping

• Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days from our studio.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across India, with tracking shared the moment the courier picks up.
• Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹1,999; below that, a flat ₹99 applies.
• Cash on delivery is available across most serviceable pincodes.
• Every order ships in gift-ready packaging — rigid box, cotton pouch, care cloth — at no extra charge.

Replacements

• If a product arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't right, raise a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
• Pieces must be unworn and in original packaging. For hygiene, earrings and nose pins are eligible only while the hygiene seal is intact — the same standard every reputable jeweller applies.
• Damaged-on-arrival claims move fastest with a photo of the product and the packaging; send both to care@aabha.life.
• Replacements ship at our cost. Where a replacement isn't possible, we'll offer store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Every product page lists exact weight, materials and dimensions so you can judge fit before you order. If something still isn't right when it arrives, the policy above applies without argument.
